  • imballo in cartone spesso
  • busta in plastica
  • busta per fattura
  • fattura cartacea
  • scatola del prodotto in cartone plastificato
  • separatori interni in cartone
  • porta cd in plastica
  • copertina del cd
  • cd

I use and distribute NOD32 antivirus to my custormers. I believe it's the best antivirus around, both in terms of speed and quality.

But every time a customer updates it's license, I receive a fully overpackaged box (all you need to renew is  your username and password). but (as you can see in the pictures below) you get:

  • a hard-cartboard contaier (with it's plastic envelope with the address),
  • inside you have another envelope with a paper-invoice (why not an email?),
  • then a plastic-covered box with inside
  • the cd case and
  • the cd (useless if you renew) and eventually
  • the certificate - all you need!

Why producing so much useless waste? No way to ask to eset not to receive the package!
